-         Shalimar has the meeting set up for streaming

-         december min / changes or questions / no changes / min accepted

-         treas. report / suggested giving people a 1099 at Haystack / need to file a 1096 with the IRS /

-         membership is at 288 / reminder has not gone out yet / new members from Saco show have not been added yet

-         Saco museum drop off / 47 works brought in / museum folks are great / 5 new members / many people contacted Allison after the Beam article came out / 73 pieces / 2 installation pieces / Chellie Pingree and the press were there and some info was passed out / send any images you have of the show because people are still asking / we can serve wine / Neil Smally would we be willing to pull Friday Feb 12 talk – keep in mind this Feb break 6pm (group talk?), demo Sat March 6 11-2 / they are going to have tours set up

-         MEA exhibit / Kay gave out an invite / March 7 2010 / Me Ed Office Augusta

-         Sandy spoke about the Partnership committee – HS Grad / Sandy handed out 3 articles from the committee work- international assessment and benchmarking, and an example of a creative assessment from Queensland, Australia(high performing)

-         March 8 will be arts advocacy day at the state house /

-         Artsonia info / any cut we would receive would be a % of products

-         YAM -opening march 6, 5-7:30, DROP OFF is thursday feb 11 from 3-5 (Tory),Friday Feb 12, 3-6 (Linda and Debbie), Saturday February 13, 11-2  (Allison and Gail) works up February 27, Sunday / Pick up is Friday April 9, 3-6 and Saturday April 10, 11-1:00 / Certs. K-5, 5:30 / 6-12, 6:30 / MUST online registration avail jan 11, 2010 / they want pictures / MUST pick up at the loading dock and not at the museum / the link to register is below

-         MAEA survey from Haystack, suggestions for advocacy/ mission is written that we are here to support the membership / suggested that the mission needs to be rewritten / the word support is vague / call for a small group of people to analyze the survey data /

-         Newsletter deadline is past / holly will do this edition / info and photos for MAEA show and YAM show
